1. Combine olive oil, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, fresh parsley, dried basil, coarse salt and fresh ground black pepper in a re-sealable zip lock bag.
2. Seal bag and toss gently to mix.
3. Add halibut steaks to marinade. Reseal and refrigerate 1 hour.
4. Preheat grill to medium heat.
5. Grill halibut steaks 3-4 minutes per side.
