Baked Halibut With Herbs

Easy, every night of the week halibut dish. Halibut arranged in a baking dish and topped with an onion herb butter. Baked until fish flakes easily.
Ingredients -
2 (16 ounces) packages Frozen Halibut, partly thawed
4 tablespoons Butter
1/4 cup finely chopped Onions
1 teaspoon Coarse Salt
1/2 teaspoon Dried Marjoram, crushed
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
3 tablespoons minced Parsley
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. Cut halibut into 6 serving size pieces. Place in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.

3. Cream butter with onions, salt, marjoram, pepper and parsley, stir in lemon juice. Spread over halibut; cover. Bake 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve from baking dish. Garnish with parsley sprigs or lemon wedges.

Frozen Halibut
Fresh halibut steaks or fillets will work wonderfully in this dish as well.
